Ormond Ballet operates an SMS notification program to send transactional messages to students, guardians, and clients. Messages include enrollment confirmations, trial class confirmations, drop-in and private lesson booking confirmations, invoice reminders, and account balance notifications.
Who Can Receive Messages
Ormond Ballet sends SMS messages only to clients who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Consent is collected voluntarily through our online enrollment, trial, drop-in, and private lesson registration forms. Providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you — SMS consent requires a separate, optional opt-in. Opt-in is only available through our online forms; there is no SMS keyword opt-in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages when you register, when invoices are due or past due, and for other account-related notifications.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Ormond Ballet. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by visiting ormondballet.com/sms-opt-in.
